Wisconsin Car-Bicycle Accident Leaves One Dead

In the evening of June 26, a vehicle struck a man riding his bicycle in Madison, Wisconsin. Police are still working to determine the cause of the bicycle accident, but there is no indication that the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Many bicycle accidents occur because bicyclists are unfamiliar with the rules of the road they should be following. Riding on sidewalks, riding on the wrong side of the road, and riding without reflectors or lights may all be illegal depending on the state and city you are riding in.

At the same time, drivers fail to see bicyclists while changing lanes, running red lights, or even rear-end them at stop signs. Since there can be a lot of blaming other parties after bicycle accident, a bicycle accident attorney is essential for anyone who wants to receive compensation for their injuries.

A Bicycle accident attorney will work with police and insurance companies to find out exactly who was at fault for your injuries. They will take your lawsuit to court and fight for you so that you can recover completely from all the injuries you’ve suffered.

If you’ve been hurt in a bicycle accident, please contact an experienced bicycle accident attorney near you to schedule your initial case evaluation.
